My diet is a mostly vegan, highly nutritious combination of organic foods. Much of my eating methodology was inspired by the ideas of the Blueprint Protocol but simplified and expanded for a reasonably maintainable healthy diet.
I maintain a healthy weight, reasonable stamina and above average flexibility. Diet has proven to be the most important part of my overall health. I follow a few simple rules to keep myself on track.
- Pre-prepared food in bulk.
- Make convenient food choices the healthy choices.
- Do not eat after 6pm.
- Most poor food choices are made in the evening.
- A body's metabolism slows down at the end of the day.
- Leave wiggle room for special meals.
- No empty calories.
- No pasta.
- No rice.
- No all purpose flour.
I've created this recipes area to jot down the more complicated foods I eat in an organized, easy to follow, format to simplify my own cooking processes. These recipes are my actual ingredients and process.
