Green Muck – Type 2

Greatly inspired by the Blueprint Super Veggie but deconstructed for bulk cooking and convenience.

Chop into small pieces and hold for 40 – 90 minutes before cooking.
Rinse before chopping.
Can use food processor to chop.
Can put directly in dry pots for holding.

broccoli 1.5 fresh quantity (3 head + stalk)
cauliflower 1 fresh stalk

Rinse lentils and soak in water and a splash of lemon juice for 4+ hours before cooking.
Bring lentils and water to a boil.
– 18 minutes if not soaked.
– 8 minutes if soaked.
Rinse very thoroughly in cold water before and after soaking and boiling.

black lentils 180 gram

Spit each ingredient into separate pots and boil for 7 minutes.

broccoli chopped quantity
cauliflower chopped quantity
shiitake mushrooms 250 grams – 8-10 oz

Crush garlic and wait 10 minutes before boiling.
Boil these ingredients for 7 minutes in a little water.

garlic cloves 5 cloves
ginger root 16 grams – chopped
turmeric 6 grams – chopped

Split the boiled lentils, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms across 5 containers.
Add the following to each container.

hemp seeds 1 TBS
cumin 1 TBS
kimchi 2 fork fulls
olive oil 1 TBS

Make dressing in a blender or magic bullet.
Pour 1/5 of finished amount over each portion.

limes juice of 5 fresh limes
apple cider vinegar 5 TBSP
ginger root boiled quantity
garlic cloves boiled quantity
turmeric boiled quantity
