Greatly inspired by the Blueprint Super Veggie but deconstructed for bulk cooking and convenience.
Chop into small pieces and hold for 40 – 90 minutes before cooking.
Rinse before chopping.
Can use food processor to chop.
Can put directly in dry pots for holding.
Rinse lentils and soak in water and a splash of lemon juice for 4+ hours before cooking.
Bring lentils and water to a boil.
– 18 minutes if not soaked.
– 10 minutes if soaked.
Rinse very thoroughly in cold water before and after soaking and boiling.
Spit each ingredient into separate pots and boil for 7 minutes.
Crush garlic and wait 10 minutes before boiling.
Boil these ingredients for 7 minutes in a little water.
Split the boiled lentils, broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms across 5 containers.
Add the following to each container.
Make dressing in a blender or magic bullet.
* Be sure to cool the boiled items before adding them to the blender or mixing them with the fresh juice, vinegar, seeds, etc.
* Be sure to let all the vegetables and lentils cool before adding the dressing.
* Adding a little water to the mustard seeds and giving it a few minutes before adding to the dressing can increase enzymes.
Pour 1/5 of finished amount over each portion.
Optional:
1. Leave half the limes out of the dressing to squeeze 1/2 a lime on top each day before eating.
2. Leave the mustard out and grind 1/4 tsp mustard fresh onto the meal right before eating.
