Greatly inspired by the Blueprint Super Veggie but deconstructed for bulk cooking and convenience.
chop and hold for 40 – 90 minutes before cooking

Bring lentils and water to a boil for 18 minutes
Rinse very thoroughly before and after boiling.

Spit each ingredient into separate pots and boil for 10 minutes.

Boil for 9 minutes in a little water

Split the boiled broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms across 4 containers.
Add the following to each container.
hemp seeds
1 TBS – 8 grams
black lentils
1/4 boiled grams
olive oil
1 TBS
kimchi
2 TBS
Make dressing in the magic bullet.
Add a little water if needed.
Pour 1/4 of finished amount over each portion.
