Greatly inspired by the Blueprint Super Veggie but deconstructed for bulk cooking and convenience.
Get started first – takes longest
Bring lentils and water to a boil for 18 minutes
Rinse very thoroughly before and after boiling.
Spit between 2 large pots and boil for 8 minutes
Start boiling the broccoli while preparing other items. Frozen broccoli takes a while to heat up.
Boil for 7 minutes in a little water
Add 1 of the pots of boiled vegetables to the blender along with.
Blend everything until big chunks are gone.
Add a little water if needed, but do so sparingly. Try a TBSP of water.
Once blender is empty, repeat blending with the other pot of vegetables and the same ingredients.
Add on top of each portion after putting in containers.
Servings
- Makes 4 servings if eaten alone.
- Makes 8 servings if eaten with salad.
