Greatly inspired by the Blueprint Super Veggie but deconstructed for bulk cooking and convenience.
Get started first – takes longest
Boil for 20 minutes
black lentils
180 gram
Boil in a large pot for 9 minutes
broccoli
32oz bag
cauliflower
600 grams – OR – 1 fresh stalk
shiitake mushrooms
200 grams – OR – 5oz fresh package
Grind together in magic bullet.
Add water to thin out.
ginger root
12 grams
cumin
4 TBS
hemp seeds
4 TBS
garlic cloves
4 cloves
apple cider vinegar
4 TBS
Put 1/2 of everything at a time in the food processor.
Add below ingredients to each batch.
Use liquid measuring cup and scale to determine 1/2 quantities.
