Greatly inspired by the Blueprint Super Veggie but deconstructed for bulk cooking and convenience.

Get started first – takes longest
Bring lentils and water to a boil for 18 minutes
Rinse very thoroughly before and after boiling.

Boil in a 5 quart pot for 8 minutes
Start boiling the broccoli while preparing other items. Frozen broccoli takes a while to heat up.

broccoli 32oz bag
cauliflower 600 grams – OR – 1 fresh stalk
shiitake mushrooms 200 grams – OR – 5oz fresh package

Boil for 7 minutes before adding to magic bullet

garlic cloves 4 cloves
ginger root 12 grams

Grind together in magic bullet.
Add water to thin out.

cumin 4 TBS – 16 grams
hemp seeds 4 TBS – 30 grams
garlic cloves boiled quantity
apple cider vinegar 4 TBS

Let lentils and vegetables cool before adding the lime – Can start processing everything else to help cool it then add the lime.
Put 1/2 of everything at a time in the food processor.
Add below ingredients to each batch.
Use liquid measuring cup and scale to determine 1/2 quantities.

Mix everything together until smooth.

Add on top of each portion after putting in containers.

olive oil 1TBS

Servings

  • Makes 5 servings if eaten alone.
  • Makes 10 servings if eaten with salad.
